2. How often do you have difficulty getting things in order when you have to do a task that requires organization?
3. How often do you have problems remembering appointments or obligations?
4. When you have a task requiring much thought, how often do you avoid or delay getting started?
5. How often do you fidget or squirm with your hands or feet when sitting down for a long time?
6. How often do you feel overly active and compelled to do things, like you were driven by a motor?

Our diagnostic process includes the following steps:
1st Session
At the first meeting, you will make a computerized test for attention functions. There is a possibility of experimenting with a low-dose medication to check the effect (not mandatory).
After the test, a conversation will be held with Dr. Shirley Hershko in which an explanation of the test results will be given.
2nd Session
At the second meeting, a clinical interview will be conducted by an expert doctor in the field (a neurologist). At the meeting, a comprehensive explanation of the results of the diagnosis will be given, as well as a recommendation for treatment.
Final Diagnostic Report
After the second meeting, the final diagnostic report will be delivered in which the results and recommendations for treatment will be explained. The report can be delivered to your doctor who will issue a permanent prescription for the recommended treatment. You can receive continued medication counseling for 3 months after the diagnosis through telephone follow-up or through email.
